About Gracie

Gracie is a boutique nanny agency connecting exceptional childcare professionals with wonderful Queensland families. Our nannies work within family homes, caring for children of various ages and supporting their growth through fun, engaging and educational experiences.

Day-to-day, you might be:

- Assisting with daily routines and school drop-offs/pick-ups

- Supporting imaginative play and educational development

- Helping with homework and creative projects

- Engaging in hands-on, meaningful activities with children

- Assisting with light household management

What We're Looking For

We're seeking warm, motivated individuals who are:

- Hands-on, proactive and able to multitask

- Genuinely passionate about childcare and early learning

- Energetic, creative and full of initiative

- Professional,



reliable and looking for a long-term role

- Skilled at building strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Requirements

- 18+ years of age

- Previous experience working with children

- Minimum of 2 years of childcare experience required

- Accepted childcare experience includes professional nanny work, babysitting, daycare/childcare centre work, or family member care

- Robust communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

- Comfortable with basic household management

- Must be based in Australia

- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- First Aid certification preferred
