About the role

Harte Group is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to join the team working across the Campbellfield (HEXhire) and Docklands (EWS Recruitment) offices. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support a broad range of day-to-day marketing activities while also contributing to higher-level projects and campaigns. This is a well-rounded position suited to someone early in their marketing career who is looking to build practical, hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

- Support the planning and delivery of digital B2B and B2C campaigns across relevant platforms.

- Assist with website search engine optimisation activity to help improve visibility and performance.

- Manage and grow our social media presence, including scheduling content, engaging with our audience and ensuring consistency across channels.

- Create thought-leadership content writing blog articles that reflect the tone and voice of the business.

- Work closely with the Marketing Manager on larger campaigns and higher-level strategic projects.

- Support events and sponsorships from planning through to delivery.

- Produce design assets for use across social, print and internal channels.

- Capture photography and videography for use across our marketing channels.

About you

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or are close to completion) or a related discipline.

- Have a genuine interest in marketing, whether developed through study, work experience or personal projects.

- Have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva and WordPress.

- Bring a creative approach to your work, along with the initiative to explore new solutions and ideas rather than default to the familiar.





- Have robust written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

- Organised and reliable, comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, and bring a collaborative, proactive approach to your work.

- Hold a current driver's licence, as this role involves moving between our Campbellfield and Docklands offices.
