The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Technical Support and Training Representative to join our Technical Services team in Richlands, QLD.

This hands-on role combines technical support and training delivery across the ARDEX Academy, customer sites, and trade events. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you’ll help build capability, strengthen relationships, and support the success of the ARDEX, wedi, and Dunlop brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging technical training sessions and workshops across ARDEX Academy, customer sites, and industry events

- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and practical installation training for ARDEX, wedi, and Dunlop systems

- Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting advice to customers, contractors, and partners

- Support technical enquiries,



product investigations, testing, and complaint resolution

- Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Brand teams to provide customer-focused solutions and project support

- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of training programs and materials

- Represent ARDEX at trade shows, customer forums, and industry events

- Maintain strong knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and best-practice application methods

- Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the business

The Ideal Candidate

- Experience in technical support, training, construction, tiling, waterproofing, flooring, or related building industries

- Robust presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

- Hands-on trade or technical background highly regarded

- Passion for customer service and building strong relationships

- Comfortable delivering both classroom-style and practical hands-on training
