Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Finance Broker / Asset Finance Broker to join our team.

About the Role

This role is suited to a driven broker who enjoys building relationships, structuring finance deals and converting quality opportunities into successful settlements.

You will work across a variety of finance products, with a strong focus on asset finance, vehicle finance, personal lending and commercial lending. You will be supported by our leadership team, broker support team, lender network and internal systems to help you succeed.

All leads are provided, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best: speaking with clients,



understanding their needs and getting deals approved.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing inbound finance enquiries and converting leads into settled deals.

- Minimum 6-12 months of finance industry experience is required for this position.

- Building solid relationships with clients, referral partners and lenders.

- Assessing client needs and recommending suitable finance solutions.

- Structuring and submitting finance applications across our lender panel.

- Managing your sales pipeline through our CRM system.

- Basic computer skills are required to effectively utilise our CRM system and manage client information.

- Following up with clients, lenders and internal support staff to progress deals efficiently.

- Meeting individual sales targets and contributing to team performance.

- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

- Delivering a professional and positive client experience from start to finish.

About You

We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised and confident dealing with clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in finance broking, asset finance, car finance, commercial lending or a related finance sales role.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- A confident phone manner and the ability to manage multiple client conversations.

- A sales-focused mindset with the ability to convert enquiries into outcomes.

- Strong attention to detail and good computer skills.

- The ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.

- A genuine desire to help clients find suitable finance solutions.

A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly regarded, training and support may be provided for the right candidate.
