The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a tidy residential portfolio, with ongoing support from an experienced team and leadership that is invested in your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 170 residential properties
- Conducting routine ingoings and lease renewals
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Managing rental arrears and tenancy matters
- Delivering exceptional customer service
About You
- Previous experience in Property Management or a Property Management support role
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
