About the opportunity
We’re looking for passionate and energetic Casual Sales Associates to join our retail teams at our Paddington and Chatswood store.
We currently have opportunities for ongoing casual team members and will soon be looking for Holiday Casuals across all our NSW stores (Paddington, Chatswood, Manly and ECQ) for the Christmas period. These roles will have the potential to extend into ongoing casual employment for the right people following the holiday season.

What you'll do:
- Deliver next-level customer service that’s authentic, friendly and inspiring
- Create an engaging and memorable experience for every customer
- Drive sales with confidence, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for our products
- Keep the store looking sharp, clean, organised and fully stocked
- Own the register, including transactions and cash handling
- Support stock replenishment and inventory activities
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and wider team to achieve store goals
- Be an all-round team player and jump in wherever needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but we’re also keen to hear from enthusiastic people looking to get started in retail
- A natural people person who loves connecting with customers
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, sport and an active lifestyle
- Positive energy and a can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and peak trading periods
- Reliable, organised and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is motivated to contribute and make an impact
