We’re looking for casual Scaffolders and Labourers to join our team for an upcoming project in Armidale, commencing mid-September.
We’re recruiting across different experience and certification levels, so whether you’re an experienced scaffolder or a reliable labourer looking to work with a strong crew on a commercial project, we’d like to hear from you.

The work
Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may be:
- Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffold
- Assisting scaffolders with installation and dismantling
- Moving, sorting and preparing scaffold materials
- Reading plans and following work instructions
- Keeping materials organised so the crew can work efficiently
- Participating in pre-starts, toolbox talks and site safety requirements
- Working alongside the crew to deliver the project safely and efficiently
What you’ll need
Scaffolders
- Current Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
- Construction Induction Card
- Previous scaffolding experience
- Paid and valid Working with Children's Check
Labourers
- Construction Induction Card
- Construction or manual labouring experience is preferred
- Scaffolding experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Physically capable and willing to learn
- Paid and valid Working with Children's Check
