What you'll actually be doing:

- Owning day-to-day café operations — food preparation and execution, the Guest Experience and upholding the Cali standard

- Coaching and developing your team to be their best

- Keeping an eye on the numbers that matter (sales, wastage, labour)





- Bringing energy to every shift and every guest interaction

- Stepping up as a genuine 2IC to your Manager
