The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Concreters/Grano Workers and Formwork Carpenters to take on senior roles within our construction team.

You will work across a variety of large-scale commercial and industrial projects, primarily located south of the river in Perth.

This is a hands-on role suited to experienced tradespeople who can work confidently as part of a team, take responsibility for their work and maintain a high standard of quality.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering competitive rates, superannuation and ongoing work for the right people.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and trade background, your work may include:





- Large-format commercial and industrial concrete slab placement

- Site preparation and set-out

- Levelling, spreading, reinforcing and finishing concrete

- Constructing and installing formwork

- Forming and finishing concrete panels

- Hand screeding and concrete finishing

- Operating trowel machines including ride on machines, panning and finishing

- Reading and interpreting construction drawings

- Working safely and efficiently as part of a professional construction team

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- A minimum of 3 years' relevant industry experience

- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects

- Strong concrete placement and finishing skills

- Formwork and/or Grano experience relevant to your trade

- Experience with ride-on trowel machines and other relevant equipment

- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings

- A strong understanding of safe work practices

- Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic

- A current White Card

- A full driver's licence and reliable transport
