Working closely with an experienced legal team, you will be responsible for managing conveyancing matters from start to finish while ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Managing residential conveyancing files with minimal supervision
- Supporting the Senior Conveyancer and Solicitor across a busy practice
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other key stakeholders
- Utilising LEAP and PEXA to manage transactions efficiently
- Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring deadlines are met
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously and confidently manage competing priorities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Immediate availability to commence a temporary assignment
