This is a full-time position and can be based at any Personnel Group location, with occasional travel required across our national footprint

The Opportunity

This is a newly created role reporting directly to the CEO, designed to lead organisation-wide transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work across every division, helping us build a more agile, efficient and high-performing organisation while ensuring the benefits of change ultimately flow back to the people and communities we support.

What You'll Do

As our Business Transformation Lead, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to identify improvement opportunities, redesign processes and ways of working, and deliver sustainable change.





You'll lead transformation initiatives from concept to implementation, champion continuous improvement, and drive the adoption of AI, automation and digital solutions. Along the way, you'll build organisational capability, manage key stakeholders, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable business value.

About You

You're a forward-thinking finance leader who embraces technology to drive better business outcomes. You'll bring the ability to harness data, automation and AI to improve financial performance, provide meaningful insights, and build a up-to-date, efficient and future-focused finance function.
