Customer Advisor Relief – Taree

- Taree based, supporting Taree, Tuncurry, Wingham, Tea Gardens and Gloucester branches
- Full time, permanent position
- $32.50 per hour + leave loading + superannuation

Looking for a customer-facing role with variety, purpose and strong local connection? Regional Australia Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor Relief to be based at our Taree branch, supporting customers and teams across Taree, Tuncurry, Wingham, Tea Gardens and Gloucester.

About the role

In this role, you’ll:

- Provide relief support across our Taree, Tuncurry, Wingham, Tea Gardens and Gloucester branches
- Assist customers with everyday banking, transactions, enquiries, account opening and digital banking support
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver a warm, helpful experience
- Adapt to different branch environments, teams and customer needs
- Maintain high standards of service, accuracy and compliance

About you

You don’t need banking experience, but you’ll need to bring:

- Confidence working with customers and building relationships
- A warm, professional and helpful service approach
- Reliability, good judgement and attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel between branches and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to learn banking systems, products and compliance requirements
- A current driver’s licence

Travel support

A Regional Australia Bank pool car will be provided whenever possible for travel between branches and approved out-of-pocket work travel expenses will be covered.
