Development Manager – High-Rise Residential | Sydney CBD

An established international property developer is expanding its presence in the Australian market and is looking to appoint an experienced Development Manager to help drive its high-rise residential pipeline across Sydney.

With a strong track record delivering large-scale residential developments internationally and a growing presence in Australia, the business is now focused on securing and developing major high-rise opportunities across NSW.

This is a senior development role suited to an experienced Development Manager with a strong track record across high-rise residential projects, who can work closely with the investment and strategy teams to assess and secure current opportunities before leading them through the development lifecycle.

The Role:

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the investment, strategy and construction teams, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying and assessing high-rise residential development opportunities across Sydney.
- Working with investment and strategy teams to assess and secure new projects.
- Leading projects through development, planning and approval phases.
- Managing project strategy, programmes, budgets,



consultants and key stakeholders.
- Leading developments through to handover to the construction and project delivery teams.

About You:

- Significant Development Management experience within the Sydney construction market.
- Strong track record across high-rise residential / apartment developments.
- Experience across front-end development and the assessment and acquisition of new opportunities.
- Strong understanding of NSW planning, approvals and the broader development process.
- Commercially astute with robust stakeholder management and Sydney market knowledge.
