About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team.

In this role, you will:

- Oversee the provision of holistic, safe, and person-centred care for residents.

- Deliver and monitor clinical care in line with individual care plans.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff during night shifts.

- Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- Experience in aged care (essential).

- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

- A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
