GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.

The Chance:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Engineer to join our team based in our Brisbane CBD Office, reporting to the Brisbane Manager .

Working within a collaborative Team you will support a range of diverse projects, participating in the day to day organising and management of electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, a typical day will include:

- Review documentation to ensure technical aspects of the package are defined
- Cover all E&I-focused; technical and construction-based queries
- Ensure projects are run in accordance with company standards.
- Interface with the engineering design team on an ongoing basis
- Ensure master file and all controlled drawings are maintained in accordance with red-line markup procedures.
- Maintain positive relationships with the client, stakeholders, vendors and suppliers.
- Project and construction sequence scheduling

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical
- Knowledge of engineering design, and the ability to assist with technical queries to clarify project scopes.
- Project implementation and on-site construction and commissioning experience in mining projects, mineral processing plants and bulk materials handling construction projects
- Extensive mine site experience.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work to a schedule.
- Must have full and unrestricted Australian working rights ( PR or Citizenship) to be considered




- Hold a White Card
- Provide a clean National Police Clearance

Note : All applicants must have full and unrestricted Australian working rights and be currently residing in Brisbane to be considered , any applicant who doesnt meet these requirements will be automatically unsuccessful

This role is primarily based in the company’s Brisbane office but will require periodical attendance on the company sites
