As part of our high-performing team of 11 recruitment professionals, you'll play a vital role in attracting exceptional talent who share our mission of improving lives through compassionate, relationship-based care, guided by Christian values, for people in need regardless of their circumstances or beliefs.

In this rewarding role, you'll recruit for roles whose work has a meaningful impact on the lives of people living with dementia, their families, and care providers across the country.

This is a 12-month maximum term parental leave contract commencing late October/beginning November 2026, based in St Leonards, NSW with hybrid working arrangements.

How you'll make an impact:

- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, workforce challenges and recruitment priorities
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements and organisational values
- Conduct engaging candidate phone interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Manage background screening, compliance and pre-employment checks
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within our ATS (Workday)
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to support informed hiring decisions

About you:

- 5+ years' recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting in Aged Care / Nursing / Allied Health is highly regarded
- Experience building credibility quickly and establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Strong end-to-end recruitment capability and take a proactive approach to finding great talent
- Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers
- Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential, with Workday experience highly regarded
