We're entering an exciting period of growth and evolution and are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the next chapter of our organisation
This is a Full-time position and can be based in any Personnel Group location. Regular Travel to our corporate office in Albury and occasional travel across our footprint will be required
The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic CFO who sees beyond the numbers. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you'll partner with the CEO and Board to drive performance, shape strategy and build a strong, sustainable future for an organisation that creates meaningful impact in communities across Australia
What You'll Do
As our Chief Financial Officer, you'll be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, partnering with the CEO and Board to drive the organisation's financial sustainability and future growth.
You'll lead finance, data and asset functions, provide strategic insight to support decision-making, strengthen financial performance, and ensure leaders across the organisation have the information they need to deliver great outcomes. You'll also champion innovation, technology and continuous improvement to build a high-performing, future-focused finance function.

You're a forward-thinking finance leader who embraces technology to drive better business outcomes. You'll bring the ability to harness data, automation and AI to improve financial performance, provide meaningful insights, and build a modern, efficient and future-focused finance function.
