Yard Hand
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving and organising materials around the yard
- Assisting with general yard duties
- Keeping the yard clean, safe and organised
- Following WHS and secure manual handling procedures
Warehouse Operator
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Operating a forklift to move and store stock
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
- Following WHS and safe manual handling procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- A valid forklift licence with 2+ years experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, sheetmetal, steel, timber or building materials environment
- Experience with pick/pack and preparing orders for dispatch
- Good physical fitness and ability to safely handle materials
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work safely as part of a team
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
