Our client is a growing Adelaide commercial construction business delivering high-profile hospitality venues, pubs, hotels, commercial builds, extensions and high-end refurbishments.

With a strong pipeline of secured work, we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completion.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of your project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and coordinating all site activities
- Planning works, sequencing trades and managing resources
- Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
- Managing project timelines, productivity and quality




- Coordinating suppliers, materials and procurement
- Liaising with Project Managers, clients and consultants
- Managing site documentation and administration
- Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and legislation
- Identifying issues early and implementing practical solutions
- Taking ownership of overall site performance

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced commercial construction Site Manager who can run a site autonomously, lead people effectively and keep projects moving.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Proven commercial construction Site Management experience
- Experience delivering projects from start to finish
- Multi-storey construction experience
- Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
- Good understanding of contracts, drawings and specifications
- Robust planning and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity

Building Supervisor Licence, Project Management experience, WHS planning and hospitality construction experience will be highly regarded.
