THE ROLE
We are looking for a Service Coordinator / Administrator to join our small team of coordinators and become part of our growing business. The role is varied and fast-paced and includes fielding customer calls and liaising with field technicians, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure a prompt, efficient response to HVAC breakdowns and maintenance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to customer queries
- Coordination and scheduling of maintenance and service repairs.
- Daily completion of service reports and technician's time allocation, ready for invoicing.
- Raising WO/POs for parts and services where required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Experience in an administration/ Coordinator role
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Coordinate professionally with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
DESIRABLE
- 1-2 years of experience in a coordination role. This role would suit someone who has worked in a trades workplace such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar.
- Experience in scheduling and planning
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Service management systems training (simPRO desirable)
- Microsoft Office programs
