SPEED is an independent media agency which offers our clients solutions based on Dynamic Media Science to deliver faster, smarter business growth for clients. We're looking for a curious and adaptable Media Graduate to join our team full time.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn the foundations of media, communication and agency life.

You don't need prior media experience, but we're looking for someone with strong communication skills, genuine curiosity, excellent attention to detail and the ability to think both analytically and creatively. You'll enjoy working with information and ideas, be comfortable with numbers and data, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Above all, you'll be keen to learn, willing to get stuck in and genuinely interested in how media works.

Key Responsibilities

You'll work alongside our media teams and gain hands-on experience across a mix of tasks, which may include:

- Assisting with client communication, presentations and meeting preparation

- Helping with media research, information gathering and media planning

- Working with data, reporting and campaign information to help identify useful insights

- Supporting the development and maintenance of media plans and campaign activity

- Contributing to creative ideas,



brainstorms and problem-solving

- Supporting campaign administration, coordination and media finance

- Using media research, planning and AI tools, with training provided

- Working collaboratively across the agency and learning how different areas of a media agency work together

Your responsibilities will evolve as you learn, develop your skills and gain greater exposure to our clients and the agency.
