Plant Mechanics WANTED – Hunter Valley

At Titan Technicians (part of Titan Group), we keep the Hunter Valley’s mining industry moving — and we’re looking for skilled Plant Mechanics to join our crew. Established over 15 years ago, specialising in on and off-site maintenance services for mining, civil, and construction heavy machinery and equipment in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley Region.

What we’re looking for

- Trade Qualified: Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (NSW Certificate of Proficiency)

- Licenced: Current Australian Driver’s Licence





- Industry Ready: Open cut maintenance experience

- Hands-On: Caterpillar rebuild experience highly valued

- Medically Cleared: Able to pass O45 Coal Board Medical

- Paperwork Sorted: Right to work in Australia

- Bonus Points: Glencore Generic Induction (quick-tracks your start)

- Mindset: Proactive, self-driven, safety-focused

Rates from $58.63 p/h - up to $80.00 p/h

Overtime from $80.00 per hour

Weekend and Night Shift Allowance on Top

Prefer flexibility? Subcontractor rates are available at $95 – $120 per hour, depending on the site
