Aspire Early Education is seeking passionate and reliable Casual Assistant Educators to join our team at our Mambourin service.
We are looking to appoint four Casual Assistant Educators to support our team across all rooms and age groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators who enjoy variety, are adaptable and want to be part of a supportive early learning workplace.
As a Casual Assistant Educator, you'll work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality care, education and engaging learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.

The Opportunity
As a Casual Assistant Educator, you will:
- Work across all rooms supporting children from birth to 5 years
- Assist in providing high-quality care, education and supervision
- Be available to work varying shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in implementing programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Work collaboratively with educators and the wider centre team
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year's experience working in an early childhood education setting
- Experience working across different age groups is highly regarded
- Availability to work varying casual shifts between 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families and co-educators
- A confident understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A positive, reliable and flexible approach to work
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
