How You'll Make a Difference

You will be supporting a woman in Ballina from 8am to 10am, up to 4 days per week. Most suited to someone living locally

- Everyday Support: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing genuine companionship.

- Personal Care & ADLs: Assisting with showering, toileting, and pad changes.

- Safety & Compliance: Meeting the safety needs of the client, using equipment properly, and practicing safely within your scope of knowledge.

- Care Plan Execution: Following the customised care plan outlined by the Care Designer.

What You Can Bring

To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about making a difference! Because our clients rely on us to help them start their day,



we require adaptable availability for early mornings.

You will also need:

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar, including nursing students).

- Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain prior to commencing).

- Screening: NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain).

- Transport: A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings (8:00 AM starts).

- Minimum Commitment: Availability for a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week.

- Work Rights: Any valid Australian work rights are acceptable for this position.
