Michael Hill in Brisbane is seeking two Customer Experience Consultants to join our Customer Experience team at our Brisbane Support Centre. These permanent part-time roles offer 20 to 25 hours per week with versatile scheduling from Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm.
As a first point of contact, you will deliver support across phone, email, live chat and social media, helping customers with enquiries and processing orders, returns and payments.
