We are excited to be recruiting for the new theatre bars andevent spaces in the Sydney Opera House. We are committed to providing excellentfood and beverage services to our customers. We are looking for skilled andenthusiastic staff to join our expanding team.

The Role





We are looking for dedicated casual kitchen hands to joinour back of house team. You will support our amazing kitchen brigade whilstworking in a quick paced restaurant, bars and events environment. In this role,you will be expected to assist with basic food preparation as part of thekitchen brigade, as well as ensuring the kitchen is consistently clean and toHACPP standards.

You

To be successful, you must have;

- Atleast 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
- Experiencewith commercial dishwasher machinery
- Basicfood preparation skills to support chefs
- Understandingof cleaning chemicals
- Highlevel of cleanliness and hygiene
- Immaculategrooming and presentation
- Clearcommunication, customer service orientated
- Flexibleavailability – week days and weekends
