Overview

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our Donnybrook Fair, Morehampton Rd shop. In this role you will be fully flexible week-to-week, with top-notch espresso skills, latte art, and a welcoming, efficient approach to every customer.

Responsibilities

- Taking and processing customer orders while paying attention to detail
- Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality at all times
- Preparing and serving different types of teas and coffees, hot & cold
- Deliver customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain store standards and procedures

Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in a barista role
- Strong espresso and latte art skills
- Available for 30+ hours per week
- Fully flexible and able to start as early as 6:30am throughout the week
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Positive with a "can do" attitude
- Works well within a team or on own initiative
