Are you an experienced Sales Associate looking to take the next step in your real estate career?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful agency in the Southern Highlands, supporting a well-established and high-performing Director.

Working alongside a respected industry professional, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the sales business, gaining exposure to some of the Southern Highlands’ most prestigious properties and clients.

The Role

- Provide high-level sales support to the Director
- Assist with listings from start to finish, including preparing marketing and coordinating campaigns
- Manage buyer enquiries, inspections and open homes
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Coordinate appointments, contracts and sales administration
- Prepare reports, presentations and sales documentation
- Assist with database management and follow-up
- Prospecting & generating leads
- Opportunity to be heavily involved in negotiations and the full sales process

We are looking for someone who is qualified, polished and highly organised, with a genuine passion for real estate and a desire to build a long-term career in Sales.

Ideally, you will have:





- Previous experience in real estate, preferably in Residential Sales
- Experience as a Sales Associate, Sales PA, Agent's Assistant or similar
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
