Embrace Community Care is seeking a motivated and caring person to join our team as a Team Leader in Western Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting people with disability and wants to develop their leadership skills within a supportive community services environment.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our services and support our team to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and guiding Support Workers
- Assisting with day-to-day service coordination
- Communicating with participants, families and staff
- Helping ensure supports are delivered according to participant needs
- Supporting staff with day-to-day questions and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Promoting a positive, respectful and inclusive workplace
- Following Embrace Community Care policies, procedures and NDIS requirements




- Escalating concerns and incidents to management when required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Caring, reliable and responsible
- A confident communicator
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Willing to learn and develop leadership skills
- Passionate about supporting people with disability
- Respectful of participant choice, dignity and independence
- Able to work independently when required
