Dôme is an iconic Western Australian hospitality brand with 55 cafés and two hotels. This office-based HR Advisor role sits within the People Team, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, and supports our company-owned cafés and hotels.
You will recruit for café and hotel management, handle employee relations, workers' compensation, and drive HR projects while partnering with Operations, Payroll and Training. A practical, organised approach and hospitality focus are essential.
