Grand Pacific Health in North Sydney is seeking a Mental Health Clinician for a full time fixed-term role until 30 June 2027. You will lead short-term, evidence-based mental health support for older people in residential aged care facilities, complete assessments, formulations and deliver therapy, partnering with the person, families and staff.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will coordinate care within an integrated hub team and work to improve outcomes.
