Auto & General Australia, the Budget Direct insurer, is seeking an Engagement Marketing Manager in Brisbane. You will develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement and retention strategy focused on the Budget Direct App, driving adoption and ongoing usage.
You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, social, digital and direct channels, coordinating with Product, Marketing and Tech teams to ensure consistent customer experiences while meeting compliance and budget targets.
