- Provide clinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers
- Support new Radiographers and trainees
- Upskill current CT staff
- Optimise scan quality, workflows, and protocols
- Contribute to operational projects and business development initiatives within the CT space
- Assist with equipment procurement
- Drive workflow improvements
- Support protocol enhancements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise service delivery and clinical outcomes
- Work closely with the CT Modality Lead, Radiologists, referrers, Referrer Relationship Specialists, and relevant internal support teams
- Promote protected CT practices, standardised workflows, and excellent patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CT across a wide range of CT examinations
- Experience training or mentoring other CT Radiographers or students
- Experience with troubleshooting image quality and workflows
- Ability to analyse CT services and operations and provide continuous improvements
- Willingness to travel between regional sites as needed
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor of Medical Imaging
- AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use Licence
- Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position
