What you’ll be doing

Join the Commercial Revenue team and support the growth and optimisation of Transport for NSW’s ancillary revenue portfolio through strategic analysis, commercial insights, and growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to support the development of commercial revenue strategies that contribute to TfNSW and FTC commercial objectives.

You will focus on analysing portfolio performance, market trends, customer insights, and commercial opportunities to identify initiatives that improve revenue outcomes, profitability, and customer experience across existing and emerging ancillary revenue streams.

Drive identified growth opportunities from concept through to commercially viable initiatives by conducting strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case development to assess feasibility, align priorities, and shape clear delivery pathways for implementation across the Commercial Revenue team.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to all new sales enquiries
- Contact and qualify incoming company‑generated leads
- Actively generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Work through and re‑engage our existing database
- Prospect for potential new clients
- Develop referral opportunities
- Follow up previous enquiries that have not proceeded
- Establish clients’ budgets, finance position, land/property details, timeframe and building requirements
- Discuss our new home and granny flat designs and building options
- Book and conduct client appointments
- Follow up quotations and proposals
- Maintain consistent contact with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed lead notes




- Ensure scheduled follow‑ups are completed
- Liaise with estimating, drafting and administration
- Assist clients through the initial sales and quotation process
- Work towards agreed weekly and monthly sales KPIs
- Provide management with regular reporting on lead activity, appointments, quotations and conversions

What we provide

Hourly person salary plus super and performance bonuses.

We provide the following benefits:

- Competitive salary ranging from $32.00 per hour + super
- Performance bonuses for successfully converted sales
- Granny Flat Contract bonus of $500
- Current Home Contract bonus of $1,000

Requirements

To apply you must have:

- Experience supporting commercial growth, portfolio optimisation, strategy development, business development, or market expansion in a large, complex organisation
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Proven experience managing budgets, assessing ROI, and delivering measurable financial outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent qualified experience

Location & Working Hours

We are based in Port Kennedy, WA . Working hours are Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am–4:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–12:00pm . This is an office‑based position.
