Northcott is seeking multiple Support Workers to join our dedicated team in the Northern Rivers region, spanning Ballina and Alstonville, on permanent part time and casual contracts. You will support customers to build skills, maintain independence and engage across supported accommodation and community services with person-centred care.
You’ll work across shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers and weekends, providing safe, empathetic support while promoting wellbeing and
