About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and adaptable Medical Receptionist to join our team—offering a full-time opportunity across our Nambour and Noosa clinics. You’ll support patients and clinical teams through your organisation, empathy and attention to detail.

A Day in the Life at SCR

- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings, phones and patient enquiries
- Processing accounts and billing (Medicare, private health, etc.)
- Supporting our clinical teams daily
- Handling confidential medical information with care
- Liaising with referrers, doctors and patients about appointments/results
- Attending training and team meetings

About You

You’re calm, positive and love helping people in a busy healthcare environment.

- Previous experience in Medical/Dental/Allied Health/Radiology reception




- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer & booking system skills
- Excellent communication & presentation
- A qualified, respectful and team-focused attitude
