Infinite Aged Care Knoxfield is seeking a part time Clinical Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor to lead our clinical team and drive high-quality resident care. The role reports to the General Manager, with support from Clinical Care Managers while supervising care staff.
The role focuses on ensuring up-to-date documentation, Reg‑aligned care plans, and evidence-based practice, while mentoring RNs, ENs and PCWs to strengthen capability and performance within our not-for-profit setting.
