Our extensive network encompasses two primary hospital campuses and an additional 22 sites, delivering a diverse range of emergency, surgical, women's and children's, community, mental health, allied health, and sub-acute services. Our growth continues with the opening of a state-of-the-art Emergency Department in 2024, and excitingly, the construction of a new hospital at our Albury site by 2028. About the Role

As an Casual Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide safe, evidence-based and person-centred care to patients across a variety of clinical settings.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering high-quality nursing care within your scope of practice.
- Conducting patient assessments and observations and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Administering medications and IV therapy (Level 2 ENs) in accordance with policy and clinical requirements.
- Contributing to care planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Supporting patient admissions, transfers and discharge processes.
- Providing patient education and promoting positive patient experiences.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and effective handovers.
- Participating in quality improvement, risk management and ongoing professional development activities.

- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sound clinical judgement and critical thinking skills.
