Edgewater Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead The Gables Community project in Box Hill. You will oversee delivery of homes across a single site, lead a team of Supervisors and partner with a Tier 1 developer to achieve safety, quality and schedule targets.
You will drive a customer-first approach, manage stakeholder relationships and create a high-performing site culture that delivers on time and to the Edgewater standard.
