P1 Technology in Dandenong South, Melbourne is hiring a Level 2 IT Engineer to own L1-2 escalations and progress toward Level 3 with coaching and practical experience. The role is primarily Level 2 but may include Level 1–2 tasks as needed, with a path to Level 3 and a focus on Microsoft 365, endpoints, identity, networking and security.
The position is based at our Dandenong South office with a minimum of three days on site, and hybrid after onboarding.
