Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Lead for Wadja Aboriginal Family Place to oversee clinical care and culturally secure practice. The role is a part-time fixed-term position from 1 January 2027 to 30 September 2027, 21 hours per fortnight, reporting to the Director of Wadja Aboriginal Place.
You will bring strong clinical leadership, operational and people leadership, and experience implementing organisation-wide change in service delivery models.
