Xero is seeking a Senior Engineer for its Search team to maintain and evolve one of the largest search clusters in the Southern Hemisphere. You will help keep hundreds of millions of documents at global scale with 99.9% uptime, and contribute to a major platform rebuild shaping Xero's growth.
You will own and contribute across search-specific and generalist engineering work, review pull requests, and lead projects with a high quality mindset in a distributed team across Melbourne, NSW and NZ.
