Crown Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Transformation Manager in Western Australia to lead a 24-month fixed-term program that modernises the maintenance operating model. The role focuses on MAS 9.1 rollout, process redesign, SOP/WPI uplift, and governance to drive PM maturity and data integrity.
You will collaborate with Maintenance, Finance, Procurement and the MAS partner to deliver end-to-end changes, publish KPI packs, and ensure sustainable adoption of recent standards and tools.
