About The Role
The PMO Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing and continuously improving project governance, reporting frameworks, processes, standards, and controls across Atmos Renewables' portfolio of projects.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the role serves as the central coordination point for project governance, ensuring consistent and timely reporting, effective decision-making,
and disciplined project controls across the Development and Delivery stages of the project.
The PMO Manager will work closely with Executive Leadership, Management, Functional Leads, Project/Development Managers and other stakeholders to provide accurate portfolio/project insights, maintain governance compliance, and drive continuous improvement in project practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project governance frameworks and standards across development and delivery portfolio.
- Establish and manage project stage-gate processes, governance requirements, approval workflows, and decision registers.
- Ensure projects comply with internal governance requirements, delegated authorities, policies, procedures, and reporting obligations.
- Monitor governance compliance and proactively identify areas requiring corrective action or process improvement.
- Coordinate Steering Committee meetings, governance forums, and executive reviews.
- Manage governance documentation including stage-gate submissions, and lessons learned.
- Drive audit and assurance activities across the project portfolio.
Portfolio Reporting & Performance Management
- Develop and maintain portfolio reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Consolidate project information from Development and Delivery teams to create accurate, timely, and insightful portfolio reporting.
