The role is based in Perth with opportunities in Cockburn, Joondalup, Mount Hawthorn or Inglewood for NDIS participants aged 6-65 years, across home, clinic and community settings.
You will complete assessments, design therapy plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful progress.
