MECCA is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Customer for a 12-month maternity cover. You’ll shape and evolve Beauty Loop, combining customer insight with retail dynamics to create personalised, always-on experiences across the MECCA journey.

Lead the loyalty roadmap, align with Data, CRM, Technology, eCommerce and Marketing teams, and drive measurable commercial outcomes while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
