Lumia Care is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to assist clients living in the Nepean area (Blacktown, Rooty Hill). You will help clients live safely and independently at home while staying connected to their community.
Responsibilities include in-home support in SIL houses with 24/7 care, social/emotional support, domestic and personal care, and facilitating community activities. Training and weekend availability are provided and travel outside the region may be required.
