What you'll do

You'll bring
- 3+ years' experience in a HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or Generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
- Experience interpreting awards and supporting managers with people matters.
- Exposure to payroll processes and HR systems.
- The ability to work independently and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar HRIS platforms will be highly regarded.

Supporting approximately 150 employees across ANZ, you'll partner closely with local leaders while collaborating with a broader regional People team. This is a hands-on role offering a mix of HR operations, employee relations, leadership coaching, and change initiatives.
