- Work collaboratively across project teams to continuously improve processes and project outcomes.

About you

You’ll be someone who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to a busy project environment and can confidently coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.

You’ll bring robust written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

- Experience working within governance, project support, corporate reporting or compliance environments.
- Experience preparing clear and concise reports, correspondence and administrative documentation.
- Strong meeting coordination and minute-taking skills.
- Experience tracking project actions, issues and deliverables.
- The ability to analyse project or investment data, identify trends and support decision-making.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Confidence working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience developing and maintaining project reports and governance documentation.
