This hands-on leadership role supports the Head Chef in coordinating daily kitchen operations and leading a team to deliver high-quality food and hospitality across breakfast, lunch and functions.
You will oversee food preparation, production and service while maintaining food safety, hygiene and safety standards, assist with stock control and ordering, and develop the team.
